UDST hosts first Winter School for Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering Scholars
Doha, January 19 (QNA) – Doha University of Science and Technology (UDST), in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, hosts the first Winter School for Academics in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Software Engineering (SE) I did.
The event brought together leading experts, academics, and graduate students to explore cutting-edge AI and SE advances and foster innovation and knowledge exchange in these dynamic fields.
The Winter School featured an intensive four-day program packed with industry talks, technical talks, practical workshops, and panel discussions with renowned speakers from around the world.
Attendees will receive presentations and hands-on sessions on topics such as transforming industrial automation to industrial autonomy, advancing software engineering with large-scale language models (LLMs), conceptualizing digital twins, and implementing generative pre-trained transformers (GPTs). I worked on a workshop.
Other highlights include a panel discussion on the synergies between AI and software engineering and an in-depth look at ethical software engineering practices.
