Zimbabwe pace bowler Blessing Muzarabani helped his Gulf Giants side to a six-wicket win over fellow countryman Sikandar Raza’s Dubai Capitals in an ILT20 match on Saturday.
Raza was impressive with the bat, smashing four fours in a row off Tymal Mills. Muzarabani would have a hand in his removal. He completed a stunning diving catch off Wahidullah Zadran to remove the Capitals captain for 28.
Muzarabani took one wicket when Shai Hope was caught at deep third man. He ended with 1-21 from his four overs.
The Capitals made 158/7.
The Giants went after the total and got there with 11 balls to spare.
Raza also got a wicket, dismissing Jordan Cox. He returned 1-31 from his 4 four overs.
It was the first win of the season after three matches for the Giants. The Capitals also have one win from four games.
