“I really hope people walk away from this movie with this footage in their minds.” 😱 Universal releases more 2-minute behind-the-scenes promo for Leigh Whannell’s The Wolfman . It will be released in theaters in a few weeks. Are you ready for some good scares? The Blumhouse-produced film is a new update to the classic furry Universal monster invented in the 1941 film The Wolf Man. “What if the person you love turned into something else?” What would you do? A man must save himself and his family when he is stalked at night, terrorized, and possessed by a terrifying werewolf. But something else is happening to him as well. Co-stars Christopher Abbott, Julia Garner, and Matilda Firth. In this promotional video, Lee and his creature designer Arjen Thuyten (designer of prosthetic limbs and special makeup effects) discuss the making of the film. The focus is on designing the monster and finding a way to make the prosthetic leg both believable and very unsettling. A great anecdote is that the entire crew was scared of a fully fitted prosthetic leg. I’m interested in this kind of hype. “Wolf Man” will be released in theaters soon. Please take a look at it on the big screen.
This is a special feature on Leigh Whannell’s movie “The Wolfman” called “Monster’s Workshop.” You can watch it directly on YouTube.

Christopher Abbott stars as Blake, a San Francisco husband and father. Blake takes over his secluded childhood home in rural Oregon after his father disappears and is presumed dead. Blake, whose marriage to his powerful wife Charlotte (Julia Garner) is falling apart, persuades her to leave the city and visit the estate with his daughter Ginger (Matlida Firth). However, when the family approaches their farmhouse in the middle of the night, they are attacked by an invisible animal, and they run for their lives, barricading themselves inside the house while the animal roams around them. But as the night progresses, Blake begins to act strangely and transforms into something unrecognizable, forcing Charlotte to decide whether the horrors inside the house are more deadly than the dangers outside. Become. The Wolfman is directed by acclaimed Australian filmmaker Leigh Whannell, who previously directed Insidious: Chapter 3, Upgrade, and The Invisible Man. Writer of the Saw series, Dead Silence, and The Mule. The screenplay was written by Leigh Whannell and Corbett Tuck, Lauren Schuker Blum and Rebecca Angelo. Inspired by the 1941 classic The Wolf Man. Produced by Jason Blum (and executive produced by Ryan Gosling!). Universal plans to release Whannell’s film “The Wolfman” in theaters nationwide from January 17, 2025, early next year.
