The draw felt like a fair result, but Liverpool manager Arne Slott is sure he will feel differently tomorrow morning. He told Sky Sports:
💬 “Throughout the game we created more chances, but going from 1-0 down to 2-1 up and conceding such a big chance in the closing stages probably meant we could have won the points. I feel like it’s something I should take.
“This was a chance for them to show themselves more than any other game against us. They’re competing with the best players in the league right now and they have very good players as well. You can see that.
“Most of the time[United]were in a low block, but sometimes they pressed a little higher than normal I’ve seen. But they didn’t take any risks in the build-up. I wasn’t surprised.
“Bruno Fernandes is a very, very good player and he had a very good game today as well, so they caused some problems.”
