Mohamed Kudus, Westham’s attacker, has expressed his desire to be a “stronger” player because it appears to match the Premier League’s physical demand.
Kudus, who joined Westham in August 2023, quickly adapted to the pace of the Premier League and became one of the top performers of the club in a few months.
However, Ghana still feels that he needs to be stronger while facing a “big” defender every week.
“I need to be stronger,” Kudus told Skyports according to Ghana’s SoccerNet.
“I am playing against a big and powerful central defender. I have to be strong to protect the ball. Obviously, they are bigger than me, but definitely for the team. You can work there.
“You need to learn more movements and learn how to improve the team.
“But I’m a strong player. It’s definitely a challenge, but I’m good, and I’m a challenge.”
