Key Info
The 4J National Open returns to the Emirates Arena for the first time in two years this weekend.
Redevelopment work on the Glasgow venue last year for the World Indoors put paid to our usual home for the 4J Indoor Season.
But we are thrilled to be back up running, jumping and throwing again and entry numbers for events at the Emirates suggest there is huge enthusiasm for competition.
In fact, 550 athletes are set to compete on Saturday with support from around 100 Officials and volunteers – that’s what we call #SALtogether.
All the information you need ahead of competing or spectating is available on the link above.
Points to note:
*Start-lists are online via the Event section page and the link below then becomes Live Results once the action starts on Saturday.

*FN Teamwear will be ‘in the house’ on Saturday with a stall on the Third Floor concourse at the Emirates. Hoodies will be on sale for the National Open.
*Celtic have a home match with 5.30pm kick-off on Saturday. This will affect transport and parking issues for the Emirates so please try and plan accordingly.
Couple of images from Bobby Gavin from the 2023 National Open at the Emirates and Bobby will be back on duty this weekend.
