A HEARTS fan has been arrested over an alleged incident of racism at Tynecastle today.
The Jambos released a statement confirming the supporter was ejected from the stadium after allegedly hurling abuse at a Hibs player during this afternoon’s derby.
Sky Sports’ Sky Shanley broke the news at half-time as he explained the player was targeted after Hibs’ goal was confirmed by VAR.
He then read the statement which was released by Hearts.
He said: “There was an alleged racist comment made towards Hibernian substitutes in the Hibernian dugout.
“A fan has been ejected and Hearts have confirmed this in statement by saying: ‘The club can confirm a supporter has been ejected from the stadium and arrested in relation to an alleged incident of racism.

“The club condemns racism and any abusive behaviour. It will not comment further on active police matters.”
