On Saturday, Trump said that Egypt and Jordan should “clean” the strip with more Palestinians from Gaza.
In response, Jordan’s Foreign Minister Aiman Safadi said that his country was strongly opposed to Palestinians from Gaza.
In a similar reaction, Egyptian Foreign Minister Baddle Abdati said that temporary or long -term relocation of Palestinians “there is a risk of expanding regional disputes.”
Thanks for the principle of the Egyptian Republic and the Kingdom of Jordan, thanks to refusing to expel the Palestinian people, or encouraging the transfer or rooting from the land under excuse or justification. Hamas stated in a statement on Sunday.
“We will reconfirm the Palestinian immovable in holding the Palestinian land and the refusal to evacuate and expulsion.”
“We call on the Arab Federation and Islamic cooperation organizations to firmly refuse the evacuation of all forms of Palestine and to support the rights of the people.”
Hamas spokesman Abder Latif Al Kanua claimed that Palestinian people were immovable on their land, and plans to drive them out failed.
“What the occupation has not been taken by our people through the war cannot be achieved through an evacuation plan,” he said.
He added that the occupation is trying to deny the commitment in the ceasefire contract, but “we do not allow that.”
In a previous reaction to Trump’s remarks, Hamas asked the US administration to stop such proposals in line with the conflict between the Zionist’s plan and our people’s rights and free will.
