General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some major drama is brewing in Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) marriage. There are some challenges that’ll push Chase and Brook Lynn’s relationship to its breaking point, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, Brook Lynn has already been dropping hints about a secret she’s keeping from Chase.
That must involve Brook Lynn giving up a baby for adoption since she clearly had a teenage fling with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that resulted in one.
Of course, there have also been plenty of clues about Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) being Brook Lynn and Dante’s grown child.
It’s easy to see how this is going to create quite a mess once the whole story comes to light.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will hate Brook Lynn even more once she finds out BLQ got pregnant by Dante all those years ago and covered it up.
This is only going to fuel the conflict and could set the stage for a love quad that includes Chase.
There’s no denying that Brook Lynn and Dante could be drawn together as they ultimately bond with Gio.
That could leave Lulu feeling like an outsider while Chase ends up feeling the same way.
It’ll be tough for Chase once he realizes Brook Lynn’s been keeping things under wraps – not to mention Gio could be her only chance at a kid if his birth resulted in complications.
Chase was expecting to build a family with Brook Lynn and go through a pregnancy for the first time together.
Once Chase realizes Brook Lynn already had Dante’s baby, it’s inevitably going to affect him.
Chase admitted to Brook Lynn in GH’s December 23 episode that he had a crush on Lulu when he first came to Port Charles.
Based on that giant anvil, our predictions suggest Chase’s romantic interest in Lulu may eventually be revived.
We can certainly imagine Chase leaning on Lulu in the aftermath of all the shocking discoveries ahead.
Lulu may become legitimately attracted to Chase, but part of her may also want to get back at Brook Lynn by taking her husband to bed.
Regardless, Chase could have a hot affair with Lulu while he’s on the outs with Brook Lynn.
That old crush might lead to Chase cheating on Brook Lynn with her worst enemy!
