This ranking reflects the total sales agreed (units) between the 1st of January and the 30th of November in both 2024 and 2019, providing a comparative analysis of performance over the last five years.
In the list below, each agency’s brand position in 2024 is shown alongside their position in 2019, offering insight into their performance trajectory.
Selling the most houses doesn’t necessarily make you the best estate agent—true excellence lies in the quality of service, client satisfaction, and delivering great results, not just sheer volume.
