Chelsea’s agent for Man United winger Alejandro Garnacho was at Stamford Bridge to watch the Blues beat Wolves on Monday night.
Garnacho is reported to be a transfer target for Chelsea, but Serie A giants Napoli are also thought to be interested.
The Napoli side recently sold Kviča Kvaratschelia to Paris Saint-Germain for around £60 million, with the Manchester United forward being one of the options being considered by Antonio Conte.
Garnacho was considered an “untouchable” talent a year ago, but Red Devils owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is now reportedly willing to listen to offers for any first-team player. .
This caught the attention of Chelsea, who probably would not have registered an interest if Ratcliffe’s stance had not changed.

Enzo Maresca’s side have plenty of depth in the wide positions, but transfer expert Ben Jacobs says they are still “considering” signing Garnacho this month.
Jacobs posted an image on social media from the stands of Chelsea’s win over Wolves in the Premier League on Monday, reporting that Garnacho’s agents Carlos Cambeiro and Quique de Lucas were in attendance.

Spanish journalist Eduardo Burgos also shared Jacobs’ post, adding that Chelsea would “try” to sign Garnacho in the January transfer window.
Burgos said Man United’s offer was 70 million euros and that there were “no negotiations”.
Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim is clearly a fan of Garnacho, starting him against Southampton last Thursday despite persistent rumors of a move.
Amorim omitted the 20-year-old from his matchday squad for the Premier League match against Manchester City on December 15 due to his off-field appearances, but he has since played in every game.
As mentioned earlier, Napoli are also in the race to sign Garnacho during the winter transfer window.
Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claimed on Monday that Man United and Napoli are “scheduled to meet” to discuss a transfer.
Di Marzio said Man United officials will also hold talks with Napoli’s Serie A rivals Lecce over the transfer of wing-back Patrick Dorg.
A meeting is scheduled between Napoli and Manchester United to understand the status of Garnacho’s surgery.
Napoli’s transfer window continues as they search for a replacement for Kvaratschelia. In recent days, the Georgian’s transfer to PSG has been made official, and the Azzurri want to give them a suitable replacement for Antonio Conte.
As far as Dorg is concerned, tomorrow, January 21st, Manchester United will play against Lecce. Regarding Garnacho, talks with Napoli are also planned.
Negotiations will therefore begin with the Azzurri to try to understand the terms of the operation. The Argentine, born in 2004, has appeared in 21 Premier League games this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
