The opening quote of my early books was from Einstein. “When the solution is easy, God answers.”
This is still true today, except after some tweaks to EBT over the past decade. I would like to add a quote from William Ritter: “It’s all science. Science is just paying attention and sorting out the rules that are already in place.”
Each step we took in developing EBT was surprisingly simple. Observe what people like, make them very happy, stop suffering, and codify it so others can benefit. One caveat in this process is to consult neurophysiology and neuroplasticity research. Each small but important step had to be consistent with a science-based mechanism of action.
This has led us to codify the biological underpinnings of processes that activate superior resilience on demand, healing trauma, preventing disease, and reversing prevalent mental health issues and chronic diseases.
When I spoke to our scientific advisor, Igor Mitrovich, MD, about EBT last week, he said he was surprised that EBT is still not fully integrated into healthcare. (Click here to see the story of his last lecture at UCSF and his contribution to EBT.) I wasn’t surprised, but rather proud that 500,000 people used the tool. I thought. I was happy to wait for the right time when I would be in the perfect position to see an explosion of interest in EBT. Now is the time.
In a talk with EBT providers this morning, I emphasized that everything we have to deliver scalable, neuroscientific emotional health care safely, affordably, and without one-on-one treatment, which is a major limiting factor. We have listed intellectual property, technology, and services.
Our new website will be live soon. This is a testament to our entire team. Dev and Andrea Singh programmed the finishing touches, Cassidy McCorkle, Laura Bransfield, and Shelby Killion trained the providers, and Michael, Walt, Kelly, and Frannie organized and supported a dedicated and outstanding team of providers.
We are committed to the mental health of everyone. That’s why we offer a suite of services, including daily professional emotional support, weekly expert-led private support groups, evidence-based programs, and an evidence-based app that helps you turn stress into stress. It costs. 2 minutes of joy – and more for just $89/month.
Imagine a world where everyone has simple scientific tools to administer healing chemicals, perform brain surgery, and increase set points for lasting and significant improvements in health. Fasten your seatbelts and watch EBT 2025: Emotional Health for All.
