A new group of real estate brokers licensed by the Ministry of Justice
Doha, January 23 (QNA) – A new group of licensed real estate agents in Qatar has been sworn in at the Real Estate Agents Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). This group included 24 individual and brokerage firms.
They took the oath after completing the mandatory training course and completing the licensing procedure in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 22 of 2007 on the Regulation of Real Estate Brokers.
Ameer Saeed Al Ghafri, Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department, Ministry of Justice, welcomed the group of newly licensed real estate agents, wished them success in resuming their operations, and welcomed the group to the list of licensed agents. He emphasized the new additions.
He added that these will be a great driver to move the real estate sector forward, thereby promoting the attractiveness of investments and protecting the rights of customers through licensed brokers who are familiar with all legal requirements of real estate transactions.
He said the Commission is keen to approach licensed real estate agents directly to ensure all rights are protected to a large extent and the transaction progresses steadily in a flawless manner. He once again emphasized that
