The Barclays Women’s Super League continues to be as appealing on the pitch as it is off it, with fans increasingly able to enjoy live entertainment and celebrate their favorite teams and players.
Having had great success with their official WSL sticker collection, Panini released their first album in 2023/24, a hugely well-received album that perfectly demonstrated the huge appetite that exists in the cultural and collectibles sector of women’s club football. I gained a lot of money.
The iconic Italian brand released its 2024/25 sticker collection in November and has gone a step further by releasing its first ever WSL set of its popular Adrenalyn XL trading cards.
Nicky Doucet, chief executive of Women’s Professional Leagues Ltd (WPLL), said: “…to have our players celebrated in the form of trading cards is truly a landmark moment for the women’s game.”
The Adrenalyn XL collection includes 360 cards, including the must-have Golden Baller. Five of them include superstars Alessia Russo, Lauren James and Grace Clinton. The Rising Star, Debut and Game Changer categories also celebrate the league’s breakthrough talent.

Super Stopper, World Class, Adrenaline Rush, Midfield Engine and Defensive Lock are also notable, as are rare Crystal Crest cards and limited edition cards.

Collectors can start their collection with a starter pack that includes a binder, three packets, one limited edition card, and one Golden Baller card.
