Senior Defense officials will hold an off-camera backgrounder today, January 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. EST via Zoom.
The officials will discuss the 14th Quadrennial Review of Military Compensation (QRMC), which is a long-standing and periodic in-depth review of military pay and compensation directed by the President with results provided both to the President and Congress. Today, the Department will release QRMC Volume 1. This volume summarizes the research of the QRMC and sets out its three core findings and eight recommendations.
