West Ham United’s transfer chiefs say the England attacker is ‘under consideration’ as a potential signing for new manager Graham Potter in January.

The Hammers’ new head coach has already set his sights on reinforcements in January.
Lucas Paqueta gave West Ham an early lead, and Potter’s team held that advantage until the final 20 minutes of the match. However, late quick-fire goals from Amadou Onana and Morgan Rodgers cost the English tacticians a loss to the Hammers.
West Ham had just two shots on target all game and Potter clearly has a lot of work to do in his first job since being sacked by Chelsea in April 2023.

“It has been said that he could be loaned out again, with Milan leading the chase. A number of European giants are eyeing the player, including Juventus and Dortmund.”
“If these moves don’t work out, we could consider it if Manchester United would pay the majority of his wages, but we think this move is unlikely at this point.”

“When you have a smiling, confident, hard-working Marcus Rashford, he’s a disruptive player and a game-changer,” said TNT Sports pundit Rio Ferdinand at the England squad in Qatar. He spoke during the 2022 World Cup.
“If he can outrun you one-on-one, he has the pace and imagination to outrun you and finish.”
