Steven Spielberg’s lavish take on the beloved musical stars Ansel Elgort and Rachel Zegler as star-cross’d lovers Maria and Tony, who look set to be kept apart by gang warfare in 1950s New York. Oscar-winner Ariana DeBose and Rita Moreno, who starred in the 1961 film version, also appear.
