Gemma Collins has been issued a warning by fans after revealing she’s been using weight-loss jabs.
The GC, 43, took to her Instagram earlier this week to reveal the “secret” behind her smaller figure – and told her 2.2 million fans that she’s already dropped two sizes.
However, TOWIE star Gemma’s followers have now shared their concerns over her new way of losing weight.

This week, Gemma uploaded a candid video to Instagram where she revealed that she’s turned to fat-loss injections.
Looking stunning in a stylish animal print dress, a glammed-up Gemma told fans she was doing a paid partnership with a brand called Yazen – which prescribes GLP-1 weight-loss injections.
According to Gemma, she decided to go down this route after trying “every diet my whole life” and seeing the results first-hand around her.

Already feeling “healthier and happier”, Gemma went on to say she was “finally going to be free” after being “bullied” over her weight over the years.
“I can’t tell you how good I feel right now. I feel like a massive weight’s been lifted off my shoulders,” Gemma revealed.

In the caption, Gemma shared that it has “absolutely changed my life”.
She continued: “I’m so excited for anyone that has struggled like me for years. This has been life-changing for me. I hope we can all embark on this journey together. It’s important to remember everyone’s weight-loss journey is personal and unique and you can talk to your GP if you’re concerned.”
Gemma’s fans react
However, fans were quick to share their worries in the comments section. One person claimed: “As soon as you stop you put it all back ON.”
Another wrote: “Just be careful – weight-loss meds can cause a lot of issues medically.” A third commented: “Basically it’s Ozempic in another format. Great for some, but it can have horrendous side effects, for others, of which I was one of the unlucky ones.”
“You just need to be consistent and keep on the plan always,” another advised.
Nonetheless, the majority of fans rallied around Gemma to send her support amid her new journey.
“GC was already glam and unstoppable. Everyone’s health journey is different and it’s all about finding what works for you,” said one fan.
A second gushed: “Looking great Gemma.” A third penned: “You always look great Gemma but it’s refreshing to see someone in the public eye being transparent about weight loss.”
