This year’s Hispanic Heritage Month program will feature a three-part series led by speakers from Nota Inclusion. Futurists will be invited to participate in virtual development sessions covering themes such as overcoming adversity, unlocking personal potential, and harnessing the power of connection.
In Part 1, Mando Origel, Latin Network ERG Lead and Customer Success Manager at Recorded Future, shares his inspiration for organizing these events and what he feels are the most important parts of the ERG job: We shared meaningful connections.
Transcription: “When you share your story, many people can relate to it. Therefore, you break down the wall of fear behind being your true self. people feel able to be themselves at work and express their culture and traditions. I hope it really helps everyone learn about each other. When people feel like they belong, they want to be themselves more. When you bring that authenticity it spreads like wildfire.
In November of this year, the futurists completed the second part of the series. In this hands-on and interactive session, we reflected on our journey, our emotions, and our vision for the year ahead through the same concepts and notions of authenticity and connection.
We spoke to them to understand their experiences and lessons learned after the “Creating an Infinite Life” workshop.
