Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule is all set to hit the big screen next week, and early signs suggest that the film is on track for an explosive opening. Directed by Sukumar, the much-anticipated sequel is already making a strong impact, especially in Hindi-speaking markets, thanks to impressive advance ticket sales.
Pushpa 2 Hindi Advance Booking Report
By 5 PM on November 30, Pushpa 2 had already sold around 15,000 tickets within just three hours of the advance booking window opening. The tickets were sold across the top three national chains—PVR Inox, Cinepolis, and others.
PVR Inox led the charge with 12,500 tickets, while Cinepolis contributed 2,500.

If the sales continue at this pace, Pushpa 2 is expected to wrap up the day with between 30,000 to 35,000 tickets sold, showcasing the tremendous demand ahead of the release.
Will It Secure A Spot In Top Advances?
The film is aiming for a major milestone of 5 lakh ticket sales across PVR Inox and Cinepolis, which would place it among the top three films for advance bookings.
Currently, Baahubali 2 (Hindi) holds the top spot with 6.5 lakh tickets, followed by Pathaan (5.56 lakh), Jawan (5.57 lakh), and KGF Chapter 2 (5.15 lakh). If Pushpa 2 hits its target, it will join this elite group of films, demonstrating just how high the anticipation is among fans.

But the excitement isn’t just restricted to the major chains. The movie is also seeing a strong response in smaller circuits and single-screen theatres.
In the MovieMax chain, Pushpa 2 set a new record for the fastest ticket sales, selling over 1,000 tickets in just 2.5 hours. By the end of the day, the film is expected to surpass 20,000 tickets in MovieMax, joining the ranks of record-breaking films like Stree 2 (21,780 tickets), Animal (18,600), and Jawan (17,500).
Other chains such as Rajhans, MovieTime, and Miraj Cinemas are also reporting solid sales, indicating that Pushpa 2 is set to perform strongly across the board. If this trend continues, the film could potentially gross over Rs 50 crore on its opening day, with a shot at reaching Rs 60 crore.

Along with Allu Arjun, the film features Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil. Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to release on December 5, 2024, and with the current advance booking surge, it looks like it’s set for a historic opening.
For the unversed, the paid premieres will begin on Dec 4 at night with a first show at 9:30 pm. While it has been confirmed for southern languages, clarity on the Hindi version is awaited.
